We all know that a world-famous American businessman and inventor Elon Musk proposed a project of a high-speed Hyperloop vacuum train in 2013.

The project is being developed and tested nowadays. However, an annual competition among student teams is organized at the base of SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, in California, USA, in order to increase the importance of this project and build a prototype for the concept of Hyperloop.
Our fellow citizen Janna Iklaas is one of the students involved in the construction of the Hyperloop vacuum train as part of the University of Florida Gaterloop team.
What was Janna’s journey from KZ to the USA?
Janna grew up in Aktau, graduated from an economic lyceum in 2016, and then went to a business school in France, majoring in Engineering Sciences and Innovation Management. The specialty offered the opportunity to obtain a double degree, first studying in France and then enrolling in one of the partner universities in another country. That's how she got to the University of Florida in August 2019.
